Fancher Heights Homeowners Association Update
PLEASE JOIN US — ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY DECEMBER 12TH, 2019 AT 7:00PM
** Please note our annual meeting will be held at the Douglas County Transportation & Land Services Building since the Auditorium is under renovations. It is located at 140 19th St NW A in East Wenatchee.
We really need as many homeowners to come to the annual meeting as possible. Each year it seems to get tougher and without enough members we have to schedule additional meetings until we have enough voting members.
Otherwise if you fill out a proxy and get it to us before the meeting that would really help as well: HOA 2019 Proxy Form
Proposed Budget: 2020_Proposed_BUDGET
Annual Meeting Letter: 2019 Annual Meeting Letter
PLEASE SHARE EMAIL WITH BOARD
The Board would like to build a complete database of email addresses for all owners. This will help in distributing any information we need to get out in a timely manner, especially situations such as this where we have important information to distribute in a relatively short time frame. It will be cheaper for the association in related expenses and materials required to do it by USPS. It will also be much less time consuming for the volunteer board members now and in the future. All information regarding the Annual Meeting will still be done by USPS. We have a fair amount of email addresses already, but if you could take a minute, please go to the FHOA website at http://fancherheights.org/, go to the Contact Us link and send us an email with any email addresses you wish to have on file. Even if you think we already have yours, a verification and update would be very helpful. Please include your name, spouses name (if applicable), street address, (alternate mailing address if you are renting or are a snowbird) and a phone number.
