FANCHER HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION RULE 10.6.2715

As authorized under paragraph 4.10 of the Fancher Heights Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements, the Fancher Heights Homeowners Association Board of Directors hereby establishes a fine of $50 per week or any part thereof that a homeowner parks a travel trailer, utility trailer, bus, motor home, camper or any other type of recreational vehicle within the Fancher Heights Development unless it is maintained in an enclosed garage. With prior approval from the Board of Directors, the fine can be waived for a utility trailer being used for construction or maintenance on the homeowner’s property within the Fancher Heights Development. This rule will become effective as of July 1, 2015 and supersedes all previous Association Rules establishing fines for parking of the aforementioned types of vehicles.
